★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left on 30th Dec.to Andaman. Since we Started, its a very bad experience throughout the trip. No receiving, no guidance, no proper communication, no pre - planned programme, no proper vehicle arranged for shifting and sight seeing, not covered places on time, food is worst in Dev haveli. Waste of time due to improper planning. Points for tour organiser - 1. Inefficient person. Not even a single person is satisfied in the group. U may get mails from everyone with more dissatisfaction.
Overall, its a waste of time and money for us. Its a worst experience. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took Australia and Newzeland package for 20 days from 22nd April 2019 to 12th May 2019. It was a wonderful trip. Package rate is very reasonable. We compared the price with other travels n then decided to select orchids. The tour manager very cooperative n managed well. V stayed in good hotels, nice food n time management. Planning to choose Orchids for other tour packages. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I've had with them. In case of group conducted tours they do not send a proper responsible guide along. We were served stale food one night even after paying lakhs of rupees for the package. Not happy for the money paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAKESH JAIN - The person who spoilt our Sikkim tour experience due to various reasons. He had less knowledge about the places present in the itinerary, he dint know the right season to visit and was rudely talking to us. No proper update was given to us on the changes in itinerary.
Right season to visit was not told due to which we were able to see very less snow.
**Cab parking charges were paid by us, but while booking, we were told that Orchid will be paying it.
**Wagon R was given to us but he had promised Sumo or similar vehicle. Wagon R was in bad condition. Even after requesting for car change, they dint do it.
**Flight cancellation(return flight) was not informed to us and we were stranded at the airport for 2 hours. They said since the flight was cancelled by spice jet, we need to talk to spice jet only and Orchid has no responsibility on this.
We had to arrange extra day accommodation by our own.
**Lachen, the beauty of Sikkim was missed due to bad weather condition and he said he cant do anything about it. He had mentioned that June was the best season to visit. Drivers in Sikkim recommended Feb march as best season.
**We had to coordinate with the drivers in Sikkim for the deviation in itinerary and Orchid never got involved.
They clearly don't understand how provide service to customers. Totally unhappy even after paying 1+ lakh amount.
We dropped several mails asking for the reason for all these issues and the response was negative every time. He never accepted any of the mistakes from his end.
I don't recommend any customised tour from Orchid via Rakesh Jain(990***0797).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited this place to enquire about customized trip. They took all the info and they said they will send the itenerary in 2 days. We didn't get even after 20 days.
What was baffling was neither they said they cannot do customized trip, nor gave the information. We followed up several times, and every time they were telling me they will send the details but didn't.
If they had said they cannot, I would have checked somewhere else. It was just a waste of time.
A very unprofessional display from the staff, so I don't recommend this.
