The only reason I went to them was to pre-book additional baggage on flight from Bangalore to Stuttgart.
They ended up charging me Rs.2000 more than online price on jet airways website, Rs. 4000 more than MakeMyTrip website . On top of that they couldn't offer any assistance to pre-book additional baggage and told me to do it at the airport.
Made a big mistake of going to them instead of booking online.
Will never consult them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the worst travel agents, who rip you off eventually with by visa and insurance charges. be extremely catious they are really very smart into tricking you to book and later they will add all charges and moreover I paid 6k for Shenghen visa with them the first time and later they charged me 9k which is very unethical.

I gave the cheque on Friday to load Euros in Travel forex card
Cheque was cleared on Monday
But they loaded Euros on Wednesday, By this time Euro rate had increased and I lost 8 Euros because of this!!
My travel was on Thursday evening and I was in hurry to leave and no time to deal with these stupid bunch of Idiots.
I made sure I asked my friend not to visit here whose travel was a month a head of me.
Better have 2-3 International credit cards, you will get almost the same exchange rate with additional points and offers.

The staff don’t seem to care what you’re saying or are mostly clueless about everything. And what they’re good at is to mess things for you. If you’re reading this, please, save your time and money find a more competent travel advisor to assist you. Like another review here, they screwed up my Australian visa application. Their follow ups are the best, they don’t. Just because you have paid for your misfortune, you have an obligation to keep calling them to get disappointed at the staffs ineptitude. Oh, the folks in Bengaluru get offended if you call their head office in Mumbai to report how pathetic they’re, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the people in HO care any less.
