They only make money..
And the customer care service is so illiterate.. they talk nicely with new clients and if they get to know that old customer is calling from new number they started behaving like idiots .. so cheap maintenance.. overall the worst totally dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Save your money & go somewhere else. Got expensive laser treatment done which the Dr recommended for glow. Instead I was left with burns. The doctors are irresponsible and only care for the money. DO NOT GO HERE if you want good skin!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very very nice clinic I took laser hair removal and scar removal from Lajpat Nagar branch my results are awesome now I am taking skin procedure from Gurgaon centre and I am so happy branch is very beautifully made ambiance is very nice and there machines are same latest as in Lajpat Nagar so I'm loving it must go for cosmotree Gurgaon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not aware of other branches but i had booked my appointment for Gurgaon clinic today and they told me to come by 1. Once i reached there, the receptionist told me that no doctor who sits here and she herself does the lasers and other treatments on her patients. Also, she told me that she is 6 plus years of experience into this. I found it very fishy as how can someone practice laser and other treatments on patients without being a doctor. I specifically asked if doctor is available or not and she said yes but once i reached there, there was no one, only her. Please look into this, very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pigmentation on my cheek so I thought of doing leaser...Cosmotree clinic had a review in their page so I make an appointment...they suggest me 4 session leaser and told me its will definitely work not 100% but 70/80% and it's been 3months. And my pigmentation become worse and darker I can't cover with makeup also I'm very disappointed with Cosmotree. I will never ever recommend others.
