★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a few things which they refused to exchange saying exchange or refund has to be done within 2 days. The owner was rude and said ..I don't care what you do with this...Will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Used to be a regular from when they'd just opened over close to 20yrs ago. Visited this place again recently after relocating abroad and what a terrible experience it has been.
The staff and owner are all disrespectful and extremely rude.
They seemingly have a vast collection but it takes more than that to build a loyal client base.
Also it is not the only place in bandra that you can get such clothes.
Wouldn't recommend this one at all.
Other shops at hill road like CHERRY FIG are much better.

Very arrogant staff with an attitude boss.
The clothes are hanged as if you are buying it from a 2nd hand shop. Too cramply hanged and stacked on one another
Looks like bought on bulk from Indonesia ans singapore with high street style copy.
Beware no trial and very worst exchange policy with no refund.
The clothes are too jazzy..
More of a soap opera or B town world. Works only for the class who wears it once and discardes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for women's clothing. The shop is small but has a lot of variety. The quality is decent. The variety of clothes is amazing. They have women's wear and kids wear too. All top brands are available. The only minus point is they don't have trial rooms so it's difficult sometimes to buy without trying. Also they don't allow men so again couple shopping not possible. They don't allow to click pics and video call too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever. Especially this girl called Sana khan is extremely disrespectful for no reason. The owner is the same I guess that’s where the staff gets it from. I have left the store crying because of the disrespect I’ve gotten there. Lakshmi stopped me and gave me a credit note, only to insult me again when I called regarding what I liked against the credit note. She yelled at me for coming early in the morning for a credit note. But that’s the only time possible for me :/ They really act like they’re paying me to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has been open for the past 10-20 years and every time I visited I’m even more disappointed. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. There is no changing room facility and there is no freedom to browse. They stand on your head not letting you check or think until you decide to buy or you’re shooed away if you don’t seem to like something. The prices aren’t fixed and changes depending on the owners whims and fancies. There have been multiples times I have visited over the past few years and literally hated the way I was treated and left. They loose good customers due to their terrribke behaviour and arrogance. I do not recommend this ship as there are a million places in Bandra itself selling the SAME stuff including our very own hillroad.
