★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come back three times to have the suit properly fitted which, fortunately, I was able to do because I was in Mumbai a couple of times while traveling in India. They could not care less about it. I will certainly NEVER buy anything here again. I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Kachins since 2009. They have made two tuxedos for me, a black one and also white jacket, a suit, several pairs of pants and multiple shirts. I generally work with the salesman, Ram. They use very fine material and are quite flexible about meeting your tailoring needs - happy to do as you suggest, if you have an opinion, or offer their opinion based on decades of experience, if you prefer. I no longer live in India, but I am here a few months per year. I have all my tailored clothes made here now. Try them out, I'm sure that you will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Kachins on 10 Sep to get a trouser stitched. The staff were friendly. Not many material to choose from at a lower price range. I picked a terrywool material for approx Rs1800 per meter. One usually needs 1.2 to 1.4m for a trouser. The tailor was confident in the manner in which he took my measurements. He gave me a trial pant to try on, which actually fit my shape really well. Then, I stood on a wedge to music a shoe and then he took measurements asking my preferences as he went about his work. I enjoyed the experience. Can't wait to try out the finished trouser.
Update 23 Nov.: I liked the fit of the trouser and went ahead to order two suits for myself. I love the fact that the staff remember me by name even on a phone call. I collected the suit on 18 Nov. The cost is reasonable and the service exceptional.

they really did put in a lots of efforts and the delivery was given to me within 3 to 4 days.

What I liked most was the fine detailing and final finishing touches given to the suits which made it look even more outstanding.
Surely love their work too much!!
