Good healthy food options. Clean and well maintained. Decent price. Parking would be an issue.

It felt as if the chef did a favor by making the vegetable sauté. Burnt vegetables recklessly sautéed in a used utensil. But food is food at the end of the day, thanks anyway!!

Very delicious food with care for health benefits and lean meals. Surely a must try if you are into light, delicious food. The service was not on point (the two meals we ordered arrived at a distance of 15 minutes), but they sincerely apologised about it.

Protein House is a newly opened joint located at Pali Hill Bandra West and it serves a variety of healthy options from smoothies, power bowls, healthy breakfast, salads, detox shots etc... They also serve quick bites ranging from pizza's, pasta's, burger's, dessert's etc.. The ambience is good and seating is limited. Staff is friendly and polite. I had a quick brief visit to this place and my order was a take away. This is what I tried here: Protein Concoctions: Watermelon+Beet+lemon+Amaranthus Rs 149/- For a takeaway order packaging was good, juice was really nice and refreshing, it had sweetness of the melon and had an over powering taste of the beetroot. Overall I liked it. I am yet to try their healthy bowls and other items on the menu to comment on their presentation and taste of the food. But for now the juice was good. Price: Moderate Taste: Good Ambiance: Good Quality: Excellent Quantity: Decent Staff: Good Service: Quick Parking: Not available Overall value for money: 4*/5

As a food blogger, there’s a constant dilemma of choosing between healthy and tasty food to post. But the Protein House (in Bandra) proves that healthy food and tasty food need not be mutually exclusive. Protein House offers a menu that is healthy yet very delicious. Don’t get fooled by the small size or the quint ambience of the place, because this restaurant feels very cosy and homely to dine in. The staff is very nice and they will guide you through the menu without any problems. Coming to the menu, this is where all the magic of this place lies. The place offers you your favourite dishes like pizzas and burgers, but with ingredients like kale, barley and ragi. This menu is wholesome and contains options for salads, appetizers, wraps and so much more. They claim that all the dishes of this menu contain at least 20-25 grams of protein. They also do not use any less-healthy ingredients like maida, sugar or butter. Each dish here is made only using olive oil or herb oil. We loved the Hummus Trio; its bright, it looks good, and it tastes amazing! Vegetable Quinoa Barley Burger was also nice, and so was the Pizza Continental. We would also suggest you to ask what the soup of the day is, while ordering. There are a lot of options here and the whole menu can easily be recommended. We also tried (and loved) the strawberry-watermelon smoothie. Talking about beverages, another one of our recommendations would be the watermelon-beet-amaranthus concoction (for the health-freaks out there). So, in a nutshell, if you wanna have something healthy without compromising on taste, or if you wanna eat something tasty, without having to eat something that’s totally unhealthy, we would suggest you try out the Protein House!
