★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Had booked the property for three days for an event. Whatever service asked was not available. Temperature of the AC inside the ball room was not in control, 10 people were sick, paracetamol was also chargeable. First whole day, hot water was not coming in the room. Even after booking the whole property, a single coffee extra asked was chargeable. When event time exceeded, if asked any food after the given time, chilled food from freeze was provided. Current went off more than 10 times in a day and majorly the thing which was intolerable is they switched off the ball room lights directly while event was going on without even intimating us regarding the time getting exceeded and our guests were there inside whom we had to ask immediately to come out. Insects were there in the swimming pool which was not cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Inn Hotel is located on main sohna road good hotel but service is bad in this you must improve staff behavior no respect for customer you are running big hotel so you should respect guest and we try our best , everything else is fine, the services should improve a bit and be respectful to the guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good property at sohna near manesar. This is ideal for marrige parties and corporate events . Their are one open and close hall at first floor. Their is one big hall alongwith open space for function. Staff is good but food quality is not up to the mark. Need more improvemet in room and bathroom maintenance. Rest all ok for business traveller's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mare was booked for a wedding from this venue which is supposed to be a reputable hotel and the gaurd refused to let us in the gate and was rude to us. This type of behaviour is unacceptable especially from any employee of a reputable hotel.
How in the world is the mare going to do her role if she isn't permitted to get in the gate? It's unacceptable to make a lady stand on the side of a road at all odd hours just because a stupid gaurd doesn't have enough manners to let her in?
I would not board my dog here forget about recommending it!

House keeping is very slow to respond.
Rooms are spacious but upholstery needs a serious overhaul as curtains are torn in many places.
Food is decent.
Butter chicken and Mutton rogan josh was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wedding at this venue and it was perfect all thanks to country inn sohna road, all the staff members and Mrs.Sonia. Thank you so so much for making our day so memorable and so much more special. All our guest really liked the food and we have been getting appreciations till date. Service was awesome with no hiccups over multiple events in two days. Rooms are large and renovated and have a great view. Would definitely recommend for events, marriages and conferences. Kudos to the entire team ??
