Courier Central (Mr Stevan D'Souza) was in constant touch with me from the moment I requested the service to ship my certificates, providing clear updates at each stage. The service was prompt and way cheaper than the prices quoted by other private courier services.
Courier Central water-proofs the envelope as part of their service. A UPS tracking ID was provided the moment shipping was initiated from Courier Central's end and it reached the destination within the promised time.
I was reluctant to opt Courier Central the first time I stumbled upon their name as it seemed unfamiliar but my experience suggests that they are trustworthy. Mr Stevan is very kind and provides a courteous service.
