★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl attending the customer calls in this branch is arrogant, unprofessional with improper language skills using 'Arry yaar ' n all these words. She doesn't even have time to check the courier number n its status, very irritating who ever it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is better not to send a courier, than sending it through DTDC and chasing them for a delivery. On record, i paid for 1 day delivery. It has been 1 day, 16 hours and counting. There is a reason why one would pay extra for express delivery. But such reasons do not cut ice with DTDC. They charge and do not deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Don't know how to talk. Will cut the phone over and over again. Very rude. Unprofessional behavior. I paid for 1 day delivery. It's been 5 days now. What's the point of this 3rd class service? Haven't got my thing delivered yet.
