★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Helios has been nothing less than "Awesome". It's rare to find such a great service coupled with ethical business practices. I ordered Seiko 5 watch from SRPD series. My sales contact was Mr Abhay, a through professional and seasoned salesperson. My experience with Tata stores like croma, titan etc has always been satisfactory. But helios took it to another level....even though I had purchased online, I promptly received a call from Mr. Abhay. He quickly followed up on every request I had. And ensured that I get all updates on time regarding my purchase. Moreover, I got a refund as price had dropped from my initial purchase value. I definitely wl come back to helios again for further purchases for my watch collection.
