β β β β β The employees make a lot of mistakes in filling out DS 160 visa form for USA tourist visa and it took me 7 times to correct . I called him up over the phone from USA 3 times and still he was making the same mistakes . He was making mistakes in name spelling, adddress zip code , apparentment number , phone number . Lastly I had to fill up the form and still he could not copy correctly. I called him up and made him do all the spelling checks . It is very important for every details to be filled very correctly for a USA visa and cox and Kings should take this more seriously as both time and money matters. Lastly they submitted the DS 160 form . I am giving a 3 star becoz the employees are well mannered and soft spoken . And inspite of so many errors they never gave up and appreciated me correcting them.overall everything was good! We got the dates really quick and now we are waiting for the interview.

β β β β β Europe Tour May 2019 from Kolkata was mismanaged and disastorous . Tour Manager had a different iternary from what was given to us and resulted in chaos and utter disappointment.Many places proposed and promised as per schedule was not covered. On many days dinner was served close to midnight.Behaviour of resturant staff was deplorable and unacceptable. Coordination between Bansdroni,Kolkata and Tour Manager from Mumbai was pathetic.None of the grievance was addressed.Only false promises made. Feel cheated and deprived for not fulfilling their commitment. No redressal or action has been taken by the company for the lapses, despite repeated requests.When trust is lost everything is lost.Does not auger well for the company.Wish the company takes corrective measures and fulfills its commitments.

β β β β β I was waiting here for about an hour to submit my Thai Visa Application, but nothing was open. The Security Guard saw me waiting and he mentioned to me that the place is permanently closed due to bankruptcy, and it has been closed for several weeks already. The Royal Thai Consulate General does not mention this at all, and still promotes people to submit their applications and pay online here. Very unprofessional and irresponsible of both CKGS and the Consulate for not making such a crucial announcement and update. Do NOT come here if you're looking to submit a visa application or come for tours, you'll be wasting valuable time and lots of money.
