Manjunath the trainer is a wonderful man to work with, he is a very talented and professional trainer. Under his training my body shaped up quite nicely, with in 3nonth i got my 6abbs?. One of the best place to workout for gaining/loosing/building your body , infct anything you want and i would strongly recommend you to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training since 2years under manju sir guidance in CFC gym and my body has transformed well during this period.Patience ,hard work and dedication is finally working for me with the trainer which people usually complain nothing is working even working out. Always trainer are there to guide us utilize properly when required. Doing Good job CFC and keep motivating us to reach next level in body building. I suggest everyone to have some physical activity which helps us to have healthy lifestyle and avoid going to hospital.
Workout well , eat well, earn well, think well and sleep well ☺️☺️☺️ .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has good space but it requires to add Cross Fit stuff into gym. It's traditional gym require alot of renovation and cleanness. Requires trainer to give more attention to the person who are serious about fitness and muscles building.
