★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful, Not so crowded , machines are cleaned and sanitized once youre done using , helpful and knowledgeable trainers.Best time to go -4 to 7 pm. Kishore sir will help you with your workout timings and registration.very polite trainers .
