★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best fittness centers near Arekere. Thanks to the trainer Mr.Abdul for guidance during the fitness sessions. The above lines was on the earlier management and the trainer for this fitness center. The present management and coach is not interested in the customer satisfaction with regard to fitness and much more interested in making money, like requesting the members for personal training.

I love the fact that they have female trainers there so it's easier and more comfortable for us to voice our concerns and have them help us out with them. With Arwa's energetic, understanding and super friendly demeanor I find myself more motivated to workout regularly. Absolutely love it.

Mr.Suraj is my trainer
Suraj n Charan both are really good trainers,
It has all the perfect equipments n comfortable environment to work out.
You can go to workout here from morning 6- night 10 . Any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not engage with the trainers here, i have had two trainers who ran away with my PT money, this happened in the year 2019, i did not write the review then coz thinking these trainers would not come back but today morning I met the trainer who ran away with my money and when I confronted he says what u ll do now if i don't pay and he works with mizpah.. management don't have hold on their trainers here nor are responsible towards them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to arekere recently and this was the closest gym to my place so i joined here.Been working out here since a month now. Great unisex gym.Got all the equipments and the trainers are also really good and friendly. Monday to Saturday gym is open from 5am to 11pm and on Sunday 6am to 9pm. The gym fee is also reasonable .
Satisfied customer.
