★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the work and service. Detailed below was my experience:
1. Not completed the incomplete work even after 6 months now. At the time of initial discussions lots of boasting promises are made like '10 years ki guarantee hai sir kuch bhi hua toh me hu' but in reality forget abount 10 years not able to provide service even at the start. After calling multiple times only get to hear 'bas sir 2-3 din mein karte hai' and then stopped picking up the calls.
2. Finishing is not good as we expect from modular kitchen. The cabinet doors were cut uneven which led to fitting issues which also not resolved.
3. Even the things mentioned in the design was not fully implemented. One trolley was less when actual kitchen was configured. I didnt mind that and i said ok no problem let it be, but atleast resolve other problems. Inspite of being lenient and understanding didnt get any proper response and the work not done.
4. The quality of work is also not good. They didnt care to cover the ply with mica at some places which are not very visible because of which the ply started deteriorate in 2-3 months and fungus started growing on it.
