β β β β β I bought two Air conditioner of 1.5 and 2.0 Ton, AC delivered via Auto and they were damaged, though they have taken complaint to replace the product it is not changed. They are overly crowded and care less about their customers. Lotus think that they are the market leader in Indore. This is my most genuine experience about Lotus, pay more by directly visiting to the Company outlet and donot trap in Lotus alluring offer's.

β β β β β Staff need to be trained more properly especially when they are dealing with regular customers. Billing desk at lobby level was quite busy in chit chat and planning for dinner after office hours rather making bills fast. Waited a very long queues for turn

β β β β β Really very bad service. My purchase experience is ok but Customer care is very unprofessional, instead of providing solution they are disconnecting my call again and again. Waiting from last 4 days for AC installation but no one is reaching me out for that. I had requested to lotus team to try to install it in 2 days but now it becomes 4 days and customer care also not listening me.
Such a pathetic service.

β β β β β I have been buying many electronic items from the place and they have never disappointed me. I've bought air conditioner, television, ro machine, etc. from the place. There sales representatives are great. They know about the products very well and helps you find the right item. They assist with installation of the products you buy and regularly contact you for service of appliance if applicable. The products here are authentic and priced fairly. Lots of offer goes on there from to time but for best offers its better to visit in festive season.

β β β β β Although lotus has great name in the electronic market industry & have a very competitive price, also they have a lot of electronic products to offer but the place lacks in management and speedy service.
Also i find there is some miscommunication between the person showing you the product and the person making the bill.
But in the end; My purchase experience became good from ok when they provided us with discount and lotus warranty which i genuinely loved.
But i still suggest @Lotus electronic to work on their pace of providing services.
