★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the friendly atmosphere of the place - the trainer is dedicated and always there to motivate and push you beyond your boundaries. There are times when I want to give up but with Raj's constant support, it's easier to keep going. It may not be the fanciest of gyms around, but it's more than reasonably priced and running for the past 9-10 years now.

I have lost 3 kgs in less than a month under guidance of Mr.Raj who lets you start out with basics, then work your way up. He keeps his eye on everyone and gives instructions individually for the exercise one needs to do.
Thank you so much , your positive attitude has really kept me going. I enjoy to work out at this place and am very grateful for your support.
