★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic work environment in the company they give unachievable target to the new joinee and mark them absent if they didn't achieve that target. Seniors didn't talk to their juniors respectfully and keeps on putting pressure to them. Team Lead and trainer keeps on saying their new joinees to work for 12 hours to achieve their targets. They hired employees from college by showing fake job description and the work over here is totally different from what they show in Job Description.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the company for collection agent not for credit counselor. They are so idiots about how to talk with employees. They are not educated because their behaviour is very bad as compare to other companies. TL manager is always said we will throw you out of the firm if you not achieve the target they will give you warning each and every time. No career growth instead of calling job. No good salary. No work life balance. So I will not recommend to anyone to join this firm.

One major benefit is master in politics ,yes this organisation is best for master in politics … they will justify everything as per their interest (profit).
