★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 9th June for the first time I was not allowed inside the ATM saying it closes at 10pm though it was on and a guard was also on duty. This is very poor response by security at gate. ATM is ANY TIME MONEY are supposed to be 24 hours. DIDNT EXPECT SUCH POOR RESPONSE FROM SECURITY AT GATE WHO CALLED UP SOME OFFICES ON MOBILE PHONE TO BACK THEIR CLAIM. THIS IS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AS A HSBC customer.
Please write your work timing outside and DONT let it be on whims of staff. This is least expected from an international bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much the bank is very professional, staff behaviour is very very poor,rude and unprofessional. Not customer or client friendly. I came here for collection of company's bank guarantee papers and mistakenly didn't bring the Xerox of my IDs and ask 3 employees to do a favor of a single Xerox, instead of politely denying HSBC mail receiving counter person rudly denied that humne theka le rakha hai kya photo copy ka. Very awkward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want experience the banking horror, welcome to HSBC. It's banking services are pathetic both online and offline.
For online banking, transfer from one account to another and you will find learning to sky dive is easier than this. Their online services are worse than a Gramin bank in a remote village and everything is tedious and outdated. They have more corporate offices in Gurgaon than bank branches. Actually there are multiple offices in Gurgaon and just one branch.
HSBC should better be called Horrible and Stupendous Banking Corporation.
