★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share review of SS Group's Coral wood apartment constructed by them in Sector 84. The construction quality is pathetic and the maintenance unresponsive and unprofessional. The false ceiling of our Bathroom collapsed suddenly. My father was inside and he barely escaped. The Manager on site said that the false ceiling can even blow with air or by touching. It was only made for sale purpose, you should have redone it. The callous and insensitive attitude is baffling . I would urge not to go for purchase for such pathetic construction quality.

Possesion was delayed.After 6 year long court battle @ ncdrc(equivalent to high court) my brothers were awarded compensation..still they have no fear of law dint pay for 1 and a half years..after that they agreed to pay principal money in one go and interest in three installments....guess what they again dint pay in blatant disregard if law....shameless company.....never buy property 4m them

For coralwood and almeria as per information received, from a Executive Engineer, DHBVN-Manesar, there is an outstanding
payment requirement of more than Rs 5.5 crore from the builder. Due to this payment deficiency DHVBN is not able to provide permanent connection with required load to the residents.
Please note this amount is already collected by the builder on the sale of a property. They have pocketed the amount.
The maintenance team on site is non responsive the flats are in very very poor condition not just in coralwood but also in SS leaf.
We had our interaction with Mr. Gagandeep and I don’t know why is he even employed by them. He is so useless, and one of the main reasons for unsatisfactory experience.

More ever promoters are from BJP party they use their political clout and project is approved without committed services , you will see photos of promoter with PM, HM, FM, Defense minister , agriculture minister , and many other present and past minister are displayed to show their rut strength and power, Their no one listen to genuine issue of small investors/ owner of some property in their projects. Please think many times before investing your hard money in their projects. Please be careful.
