★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have checked the details on their website and found that the apartments offered by BDI under their projects are excellent for living. After going through the master plan of BDI Sunshine City, i am 100% assured that this project is a must grab deal for people willing to live in a peaceful and modern township. I might be wrong but 800 families can't as they are living their happily. I would like to congratulate BDI for their state of the art Township project at India's third largest Industrial Hub, BHIWADI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BDI Group is one of the leading developers in Delhi NCR region. I don't know why people ask them fake. One of my friend buy property in Alwar and he got keys in his hands with in 6 months from the date he contacts BDI group. I even go through their unit plans for 2 BHK for Ambaram property. Believe me they are very well executed and all information provided are real.
I highly recommends BDI group to all who are willing to buy 1-2-3 BHK properties in Delhi NCR region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am updating my review to netural because reseidents of BDI Ambaram had a fruitful discussion with BDI management before few days and they agreed on reverting the daily usage charges for club house and provided positive response on resolving other problems in the society.
As positive gesture we are removing negative reviews so BDI management can understand that we flat owners/ residents are equally serious about making Ambaram the best society to live in bhiwadi.
