My husband is in defence forces and posted at border so it is not possible for us to go to their office again and again.
We have booked plot in Primeland sector 95a Gurgaon of 121sqyd size . At the time of booking we were told the dimensions of plot as 6.5mtr x 15.6mtr. However now even
after making 50% payment and BBA also registered, in none of the documents (allotment letter or BBA or any other documents) provided to us they have mentioned the dimensions (frontage & depth) of the plot which is the basic requirement and must be given to buyer in writing. We have been repeatedly asking them for the dimensions of the plot but they are not ready to provide us . Their staff says it is their company's standard policy of not providing customer the dimensions of plot purchased.
We are being repeatedly pressurised to sign some additional terms and conditions (not part of BBA ) including NOC from us incase developer changes the layout plan later.
They don't value customers time.They don't respond to emails, if you call them either they don't pickup or tell you to call later.
While my husband is serving the nation, we are being harrassed by them.
Had the worst experience. Not at all recommended
