★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request everyone who is reading this, please read other reviews as welI,because most of reviews have problem with their reception and reporting. I am a doctor , practicing in gurgaon since 19 yrs now.I booked 2D echo appointment for Tuesday, one day in advance by calling Sector 44 branch.I wanted last appointment,as my mother is a senior citizen and can't sit for long hours.Last appointment was at 4pm according to male receptionist. He asked me if I can come at 3:30pm, to which I refused.He requested to me to reach on time.To which I agreed..It takes me appx 20 minutes from my home to Sector 44. I reached the place 5 minutes before time inspite of heavy rains.I was informed by receptionist that the cardiologist has left the place and we were late.I was very upset and wanted to meet Mr Chaudhry(The incharge)..I must say he is most useless person to meet. He asked to get recording of receptionist who gave appointment.Then they asked me if I received the call from them. I told them that I was driving and its not possible for me to check if calls are coming from Modern Diagnostics? Because Cardiologist had two patients before us, he did the echo and left. They humilated us so much and it made me feel that if with doctors they behave in such a manner, then what about other people. They insult you as if you have been caught stolen something. Mr Chaudhry has no solution to anything except sitting. He didn't even bother to visit ground floor, and I was compelled to meet him at basement.Receptionist itna ganda behave karte hain, jaise ki aap unse appointment ki bheek maang rahe ho. Then i lost my cool and raised my voice on them...But they have no manners, they serve health industry..they must be taught how to speak to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the contact number given on Google for Sector-44 today in the afternoon. Lady at the reception couldn't understand foetal echo(fetal echo) and disconnected the phone. I tried calling the number back, the receptionist recognizing my voice banged the phone down. Very unprofessional staff.
If this is your experience on the phone, I wonder what happens when you visit them.
I recommend them to train and recruit better staff as common people rely on them for pathology and other services. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very incompetent staff , don't know about package details and other system information .no use of taking prior appointment ,they have no value of your time or your sickness issues.
System not having old customer data so there is no use of taking premium memberships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless lab with clueless front desk staff. Service is okay but they are not willing to put any efforts for your case. They refused us an ultrasound citing some stupid discrepancies even though we had a written and verbal confirmation from their customer care that our documents were in order. Surprisingly, another lab, much bigger than this, did the same tests with same documents.
This must be the case with majority customers as they are now removed from Govt. Of India's CGHS penel w.e.f. May, 2022. Hope they change their working style.
