★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unsafe facilities. I am astounded this facility is allowed to operate without players being given helmets or other protective gears. The operators also does not know how to set speeds properly and I suffered a severe eye injury at this facility on 27th July facing a ball at supposedly 120 kmph without any protective gear like helmets etc. Kids play in this facility and this is in breach of safety guidelines given kids can be easily hurt at higher speeds from the bowling machine.
In response to your response i would like to add, if safety gear is indeed available at your facility and someone turns up wanting to play at 120 kmph at no stage does your operator even offer the facility leaving aside wearing safety gear being compulsory. Furthermore I am not sure how you can judge who is experienced and who is not without offering them safety gear to them whether they say no or not. Their is clear negligence in the way you operate the facility.
