★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy casual shoes from this store.. rather never buy anything from this store. Very old stock is available. My friend has brought a casual shoe, sole was opened within 3 days and then we exchanged it with a another, again sole was opened in 2 days.. finally we brought a formal shoes forcefully. Let see how many day it will survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good about the store except for two things. You'll get a good collection of Bata, Scholl, Hush puppies and etc., but may not get the fit you want which is disappointing. Also I observed that staff count was very very less. If you show genuine interest in taking a Bata home, they'll assist or else not, which I found weird..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The choices are limited and due to the pandemic restrictions the staff is curtailed. This leads to customers not being attended for quite sometime. You are basically on your own to pick up footwear try them on. Staff tries to help but is overwhelmed. Best to avoid weekends if possible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Bata outlet to buy formal shoe for me. Lack of variety. Staffs are having casual approach and "Don't care" type attitude. Outlet is surviving only because of the brand name. Poor quality of footwear. I purchased shoe and after using it for one day crack appears.leather skin is peeling out. Sole pasting has been displaced. This is the outcome of purchasing footwear from a reputed brand BATA! Feeling like being cheated.
