★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good product but unlikely my shoe pasting was not lasting so again and again I had to go for pasting and paid their costs twice though I understand that it can happen. So went for stiching, hopefully they will help if the problem re arises.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, they not only helped to find the perfect pair of shoes , they also provided various insides about how to clean and maintain the shoes for longer period of time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This for informing that recently we had a bad experience in the store.I MIGHT NOT VISIT AGAIN AFTER THIS INCIDENT. The man who was siting on billing desk behaved very badly and later when he realised it was his mistake instead of accepting it, he started blaming his Co workers. I visited the store on Thursday, 25th November 2021 at 6pm.
We gave a slipper for repairing, a month back when I visited the store few days back, there was another gentleman who recognised me and informed me that due less number of labour availability it is taking time than usual. But when I came on Thursday there was another man whose behaviour was very very rude.
His description is bald, healthy with mustache.
Instead of understanding he told me that my mother has already collected the slipper and he has CCTV footage of it. We were telling him that there were two slippers one was repaired and the other one is still not received us. The two slippers has the same tracing number which I was explaining him and refused to listen me by saying, your mother has already signed and I have a cctv footage.
HE WAS JUST FOCUSING ON SHOWING HIS BRAVADO To everyone.
