β β β β β Be careful with the admission process as the room rent has hidden charges which is why the room rent will be shown less than at the time of billing they will tell you that nutrition charges are to be paid by us as no mediclaim will process that amount... And it was βΉ1200 per day for a patient who is not able to eat anything. Billing and management need lots of improvement as the Room which was provided had lots of mosquitoes and was not completely clean as there was alot of trash and dirt near the sitting area in the room. I did mentioned it to one of the management member about it and he was helpful enough to take a picture of the room and action on it but the housekeeping guy was not happy as I complained to the management as he sounded abrupt. Apart from some staff members all other are very kind and polite to handle the situation. In fact got few Doctor's who helped alot. Would like to thank Dr. Sabiha as she made the patient feel so comfortable to be in the hospital and she had spend a lot of time with the patient.

β β β β β Worst experience and worst hospital I will not recommend this hospital anyone. My dad was admitted on 21st December cause he was not able to walk by himself he had already gone with two operations back in 2016. Hospital staff took more than 2 days to just plan action and bill for 2-3 days was 40k around whether he need operation or just medical treatment and they do unnecessary mri, x ray & blood report etc to increase bill, after then it took 2 days and we gave them approval of 3 lakh mediclaim and they used to force us if u pay 80% money then only we will start operation anyhow we managed that and after that they said they will need more 4-5 to arrange instrument for operations. This hospital is too costly they take 10-15k for one day. They even took deposits and pressure patients and the coordination between doctor and staff is zero.

β β β β β My spouse was expecting and I got her admitted on 21st December 2021 on my friend's Mr. Dr. Ateek Shaikh' recommandation, the Ophthalmologist.We were treated like VVIPs. Mr. Ravi Raut,the co-ordinator(RM) was so sweet & easily accessible 24Γ7. Mr. Ravi made things look easiest for my family. I suggest people to approach the hospital for any sort of treatment. The focus of the hospital staff is at providing excellent services. May God bless them all.

β β β β β I underwent delivery by * Dr Nikita Singh* *Gynecologist* , emmensely satisfied with her treatment and had a wonderful *natural birth experience* only because of her. Very difficult to find such honest doctor. I was really lucky to find her.
Shez a true gem.!
Would highly recommend her!!

β β β β β My mother was for her treatment and the doctor was excellent with the service and helped her recover quickly 5 stars for him and well as clean , well equipped and well maintained . But the approch of the staff on 4 th floor could have been better. Nurse and the staff like to pin point responsibility and can't take simple ownership of a simple task as changing iv or when the bell for nurse call is attended after 6 minutes. The receptionist , security , cleaning staff and support staff were exceptional .

β β β β β We reached hospital at 8:30am and till 2:25pm I am not yet done with my health check up. I request readers to please get you health check up done at diagnostic centre and never thought of visiting this Hospital coz this management is changed and Kohinoor hospital management is not operating this hospital anymore. I am totally disappointed with my overall experience here for each and every test I had taken.
I am with my 63years old mother and she is suffering stress coz of this overall service here.
Sonography incident- Technician suggested to enter room with full bladder and suddenly technician disappeared with machine to ICU and didnβt turned up until I almost broke my bladder and had to pee as suggested by another technician. Later they suggested me to refill my bladder and waited another 30 mins to naturally full my bladder. This circus took more than hour for this process.
ECG incident- No technician in room for 1 hour n no tissues available and people had to rush to different rooms to arrange tissues.
PAP smear incident- no doctor available on time even though it was informed in advance and requested availability.
Dentist incident- he seems so busy that even though knowing about list of people waited for visit he just disappeared frm his cabin..he came down to sonography room to pick up patients and had to recut him that we are sitting with full bladder.
Most important desk of this hospital reception of 1st floor- demotivated and carefree and hopeless staff., didnβt mentioned about any challenges at time of registration which took 30 mins even though there was no any other patient. Me and my mom was first to register on this desk and this lady staff took 30 mins to register me. Imagine person fasting 10 hours in this terrible hospital and suffered almost 6 hours in this hospital for health check up.

β β β β β The hospital staff and doctors are good. However their payment and insurance / security deposit settlement process is pathetic.
Patient has to follow up multiple times to get the extra amount back that he had paid during the admission. The accounts and billing department will never pick up your phone.

β β β β β Will never recommend anyone get hospitalized at this hospital. Most unethical and unprofessional staff serving the customer. They will make you pay deposits and admission charges promising you that you will get the refund. After that you need to keep on following with them for till the time you are frustrated. They wont revert on calls and email. You will need to visit them for the money which is yours. This has happened with me not once but twice. When my mom hospitalized and when i was hospitalized. They will use your money for months wont pay unless you loss your temper and willing to take some actions against them. Using patients money for months what right do they have? Are they paying interest? This time i will go in consumer forum against this practice of hospital which traumatized the consumer.
