★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with doctor shifa she don't now how to handle ka situation just bcoz of doctor shifa I lost my twins baby boy she dnt now her responsibility she just want to earn money n the treatment was worst shifa ne mjhe marne k ly chod di ti attand karne k ly taiyar nh ti aram aram se so so k arhi ti I suggest don't go to this hospital I request you guys plzz don't go my experience is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with there service charging extra not bothering to croos checks the invoice.
We inform them to correct.
1. No bad & seating arrangement near NICU for mother do not have a even a single fan.
2. lift was not working daily 2, 3 time getting out of service.
Taking 10% service charge which is worth less.
I'll suggest you please don't waste your hard earn money even on ultrasound at hospital go somewhere else for better report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad medical staff especially incharge. The medical is owned by the hospital itself. They sell all the medecine at mrp no discount on anything. They keep only expensive products. I even saw (bai)nurse mis handling my dad inside icu when i bring medicine she was startle and i said (aram se karo) they just tell me to leave and there was nothing wrong there were doing. There are lot of things goes inside that hospital maybe some day i will explain better but i'm totally exhausted right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going to this mismanaged hospital! Insensitive clerical staff who are glued to their mobile will treat you like you are not a human ! A place where appointments are given only to break the rules as everyone barges in! Strangely I find some good very good doctors are patronizing this mismanaged heath care centre !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhygienic, pathetic hospital ever. Food is not clean. Garbage is dumb exactly in front of the hospital which produces mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and insects. Hospital got only one lift (Elevator) which is also not working most of the time. Wall’s, carpet, bed, sofa, toilet, chair, storage racks, flooring etc is completely unclean and damaged. Even the deluxe rooms are not maintained. Staffs are rude and unprofessional. Only one good thing about hospital is Dr. Shifa.
