★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got interviewd for QA in which i clear both technical rounds they said the HR round will be telephonic so i waited and around after a week i got a call saying that they have opening for QA plus BA so you need again come for interview... 2 rounds of technical in which they already got it that i was more suitable for QA not for BA then there was no need of taking HR round but no they complete there process unnecessary?... Now they have the power to reject on the ground of BA interview was not good?...
Note : There is no QA plus BA role it's either QA or BA... Internal khabri ne hi bataya hai ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think HR Team has no brain they reject the candidates who has years of experience because they are not having the degrees specified by them which makes their Hiring Process worthless.
HR just send invites without checking the candidates profile on Naukri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seniors at the firm are very professional..BUTThis firm has got a hopeless HR. They just waste time of the candidates. Also the employees here have a complaint about the HR manipulating with compensation plan... out of the whole hr team the juniors are nice.. but the assistant head hr simply doesn't have any courtesy toward the candidates....
