The teamwork and coordination was good and if things did not go as planned and needed immediate attention, they went an extra mile to take corrective measures, speaks volumes of their commitment and providing good customer service… good job by Anamika and Vishal.

They kept us in the loop at every step and kept our comfort in mind.
The final result was delivered within the estimated time and they made all the designs very functional.

If you guys still wish to go ahead with thm then plz ask for the warranty card before you make tht 10% payment....yes...first warranty thn payment
Make sure you take leave or leave your job to supervise your house work. They will be BUSY after you make the payment, I hv to literally beg for them to come and chk the work.
Make sure you take the print out of the BOQ and read each and every word carefully. Make a note of the wood and other things they have mentioned.
Go get tht measuring tape and measure everything thy hv mentioned by urself
Keep chkng and tallying the BOQ work wise.... Thy tend to FORGET things for wch thy dnt evn bother to apologise BUT u pay for it.
Thy dnt mk any change once it is finalised BUT in the beginning thy ll assure u that if u want to change smthng thy ll do tht.
Chk the design and materials thy hv used trz a possibility that thy use wood in place of glass and vice versa

Chk the finishing?
The best thing u can do.... Get your house designed for some nominal charges and get tht local carpenter.... Do sm homework by watching you tube videos.... That's BEST
