★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very unprofessional, specifically the apple executives. Do not waste your time and energy buying products from this store.
Post purchase treatment from staff is horrible.
I had an issue with the address on my bill which I had confirmed from that staff several times before payment whether it can be changed if required as I had to claim the bill, to which the staff very confidently agreed. Later on when I requested for the same, the behaviour was horrible and obviously they have every possible reason to not change the bill address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need some more varieties of Washing Machines. I visited there for searching fully automatic washing Machine for my home. But not able to choose from croma. Discounts and offers are less. But the sales person was good and explained everything in a great manner.

New Croma TV is not working at all. No update since 4-5 days. Customer service is worst. They don't know what reply to give to customer. L1,L2,L3,L4. All are just sitting idle doing nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service.. i purchased ac from croma. and croma assured me that within 48 hour ac installation will be completed. but after 48 hour i contact croma nobody gave me not satisfactory reply. and refused we are coming very soon. after some time they did not pic my call. and I received mesage that installation will be tomorrow. . very poor bad quality customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People those who has given one star is really very true. The store staff deserve to get one star due to thier behaviour and not attending customers. Company simply ask us to share feedback via email. Why ? First they should take action against staff and reply us what action actually been taken to improve the service. People has clearly mentioned the staff name still.
