★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such a callous attitude that too from a reputed company. They wasted a whole 2 hours just to give me a replacement phone. Am I begging? It is the company's policy to send the damaged phone to Bengaluru. I would in fact suggest that they should handle these grievances here itself in Delhi. My phone has a manufacturing defect and it is the responsibility of company. But when I reached out, the response was pathetic. above all there was only one lady handling the customers. Either shut down or treat the customers with grace.

Do not waste your time to visit this place.
All staff is unprofessional, they don't have knowledge and there is no process.
Better to visit other apple service centre.
It is seriously of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. Closes the center before specified time, then explain about just the shutter of the center being down with employees still inside. Are you kidding about it? This is not expected from an Apple Center.
Apple should definitely be looking into it after so many negative reviews.

Seems, customer make a sin to visit there. Once compelled, check by one person but no diagnosis made as he was not fit for MacBook.

Don't know how it can even be the authorized Service Centre for Apple.
- They're so stupid that they can't detect anything by their own & decides to send to Bangalore (straight decision)
- They're too poor that they send it by road & it takes time longer than their committed 1week. It's been 10 days & I'm still waiting.
- They're too arrogant that they will only tell you that it's your mistake & won't be covered under warranty.
- They're too lazy that they can't hire sensible & knowledgeable staff.
That's the experience I had, good luck with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. My airpod charger stopped working after 2 days of use because carbon(black) got deposited on it. According to them it happened because of moisture. However, they said that this is not covered under warranty. Then what the hell do they cover? I had to buy a new cable worth 1800 because of it. The company earns so much money and they can’t even replace a cable that may not be worth even 400rs for the company.
