They are not offered any packed wearable items to check before buying. Also I had to bargain the price of mobile.
Item price were shown lower in croma website & they are asking more than this. Overall experience is not so good

Called around 10 time to the croma staff regarding my issue, but he always says yes I resolving this ASAP and saying same thing from 3 days. Also store contact number is switched off since morning.
