★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time is more than 30 minutes without asking what the concern is, I guess customers should be asked for their concern and then should be asked to wait, if there is need to wait to resolve the issue.
Bad experience but the concern was resolved and hence 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Person and Service Center is totally fraud. I went service center to make my phone ready. He made my phone totally damaged. After that i told him that my phone was previously better than what it is now. After that he threatened me to leave that place. He took near about six days to make my phone ready even then my phone got totally damaged. Previously it was better when it was with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went there as the touch of phone is not working and these fraud people said touch and mother board has to be replaced with the estimate cost of 5500 further all your data will erased. Same I have checked with other technician, he just open the phone clean with thinner now phone is working fine. These people are just want to cheat on the name brand.

I want to change the display. Without asking me they deleted all the files and resetted my phone. Charged 1500rs high. They Didn't provided bill they told me they will send it to my email since it 6pm past. It's been 10 days still i didn't got any bill. Even a single star is not worth for them. Reception guy told me 2600rs repair wala guy collected my money and he got shocked when i told he told me to pay 2600. Totally cheaters. I am a South Indian. That's why they cheated me well. I would like to give a punch in their face
