I got a chance to get my gadget by SR Ms. Urvashi and she's got that capabilities and skills to convince customer to buy croma products.

Croma store is having vide range of electronic items available at one place. The staff of the Croma Store, Nana Mawa Road, Rajkot showroom is so polite and humble that they always try to fulfill the needs of their customer in a best possible way. I visited the croma store to purchase a refrigerator and the experience was so great that next time I will prefer only to go croma store for buying any electronic items.
Senior sales representative MISS NEETA CHAUHAN totally guided me about the products available for my need. She is very humble and gentle in dealing with customers. She is having well versed with detailed expert level knowledge of all the products. She understood my need and guided me in selecting best option for me. Due to her explanations, I was able to select and decide which product is best for me. During the entire experience she felt me like I am talking with a family member and showed me all the products without any biased approach for making more sales. Instead of making more sales, she was focused only for solving my problems and on helping to select best product for me. She showed all the best possible options, made comparison between them and picked a best option for my need.
