★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service.I purchased LG C 1 TV day before yesterday.Two days they took to register in a company for installations of TV That also after calling they remembered .At the time of purchase they assured is that it will install the next day. Worst experience. From yesterday we are looking at the box hahaha All thanks to this CROMA. Last time visit. No more purchasing from this store

The staff named Mr. Himanshu at Croma, Unity one, Rohini quickly identified my needs according to my budget. i brought home that model of Lenovo laptop and im more than happy to see how well it works. He neither consumed much of my time nor confused me with many options! Straight-to-the point! But billing by this store was very slow and time consuming

I have purchased a buy laptop it’s not working fine when I got it after 2-3 days I faced hanging problem. then I go to Croma they say it will take a week ne 1k for proceed charges also eks you should go directly to dell. After few weeks I have check the laptop was 2018 model but I purchased it on 2020.

Prices expensive when compared to online retailer
Purchase a product u get price offer on another product but the problem is that another item is out of stock so what's the use of such offer not 1 atleast 10 items
Such things not expected from tata group of company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma is one point Destination for Electronic Appliances and Gadgets.
Prices of the products are somewhat Higher Sometime. Perhaps there must be a Price Match Policy too.
Staff is Huge in Number. Store seems crowded only with Staff. Staff is Courteous, trustworthy and Helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the washing machine one week ago but the installation is still pending despite the fact that installation was assured within 2 days. Moreover the shop outlet does not have a contact number so that grievances cannot be registed.
Very poor service from Tata Croma.
Very unprofessional.
