All shopping done at Croma/Reliance Digital/Metro cash and carry (whether clubbed with other stores/outlets or done in solo) would entail customers to get the coupons of INR 500 for a purchase of INR 15,000 and INR 1000 for the purchase of INR 25,000 and above. All transactions for claiming value vouchers and Raffle Tickets to be done in a single working day. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-exchangeable to cash or kind. Customers can go for multiple vouchers in case they spend the above mentioned amounts multiple times (would be valid for transactions done on different days). These vouchers cannot be clubbed for any purchase i.e. Only one voucher is to be used for a single transaction. Two Offers at a showroom cannot be clubbed. Limited cannot be held responsible. The vouchers given can be from different brands so available at Unity One Janakpuri/Cbd Shahdara/Rohini and would be given subject to availability and can be given in combinations so as to complete the voucher value. Incomplete Raffle draw tickets will be disqualified from the contest. The customers are required to keep the counterfoil of the Raffle Ticket to claim the respective prizes. The concierge desk would be operational from 12 noon till 8:00pm. All bills for the respective day need to be shown at the Concierge on the same day for participation. Bills so shown on the next day will not entitle anybody for claiming the prizes / Raffle Ticket. The vouchers given can only be availed at Unity One Janakpuri/Cbd Shahdara/Rohini and no other outlet. The Hyundai i10 Grand is being given by Unity Hyundai as the bumper prize. Unity Hyundai would only be giving the Ex-Showroom price for the base model car and any additional charges would have to be borne by the customer himself/herself. The winning customer would be required to pay the Registration and Insurance Charges or any other charges if applicable on his own and would be required to complete the KYC documentation as required by the Dealership on his own. Any warranty/guarantee issues for the Automobile would be required to be taken up with the Dealership and Unity One Janakpuri/Cbd Shahdara/Rohini would not be responsible for any warranties/guarantee on the same. The winning customer needs to pay Gift tax as per income tax dept of government of India, wherever it is applicable. All the weekend prizes given would be distributed at the weekly event and winner of these weekly prizes would not be entitled to participate in the bumper prize lucky draw on the same raffle ticket. All pictures shown including the car and the weekly prizes are referral images and the actual product might vary from the images. The claimant of the vouchers is required to contact the Concierge Desk for the collection of the value vouchers as well as the submission of the Raffle Tickets. No employees, staff members or immediate family members of Unity One or any of the participating brands present in Unity One are allowed to participate in the bumper prize lucky draw. Nobody will be held responsible in case of any failure of claiming the Raffle Ticket.Unity One Mall Management would have complete discretion to amend or modify any rules and terms aforesaid.
