Croma is a fraud and a worst place to buy anything. The staff is very unsupportive and don't care about customers. Selfish and ruthless people working in this store.
Don't buy anything from Croma instead buy things online from Amazon/ flipkart.
There is a guy Harpreet who is expert in making fool of customers

I visited for request to solve my problem
There was a Amit named person store manager
He was ready for fight not listening my a single word
Now I am going to complaint about there service in consumer court
I told them that they are not supporting me I will go consumer court they are taking our law and everything as a joke.
He is saying go and do. I don't care.
Please don't visit this store in your life.
They are not caring about their existing customers.
I am tired and frustrated. They are making a customer life hell. We purchase anything with the name of Croma but some employees like Amit making it worse. He told me his employee code. I don't think it is right or not
But he is a store manager i hope ( 12013 )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma deals are good but had a very bad experience. I had gone there to buy Samsung A550 SoundBar. They weren't even able to give the demo because they weren't able to connect the subwoofer! Their service was very slow as well. Although the staff was friendly. Then they said that they will deliver it the next day in between 12-5PM. They delivered it at 6:30. They were supposed to send a person to set it up 30 minutes after, an hour later I called them and then they said they are going to send the technician the next day..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One place for all your electronic needs. It has a range of electronic items from trimmers to laptops and TVs! The staff is really helpful and give full time to you. They don't get irritated even if you ask them a number of times things you don't understand which I have seen is not the case in other stores. They provide pretty good offers on all the products. Definitely a good place to buy gadgets.
