★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from Vijay Sales Saket(after payment they don't know you),staff is not supported at all especially the guy who was dealing us( Mr. Aashish).I purchased AC from Vijay Sales.Its installation experience was horrible.We complained so many times regarding poor cooling nd faulty installation but didn't get any help . Drainage pipe is continuously leaking in my wall nd all electric wires r so wet.We r so scared about electric shock. Even though after so many complaints i can't get any help from Vijay

I got damaged product from vijay sales and the request was raised on the next day but till date i haven't received my product and now nobody responding to my calls either. Please do not buy anything from them. Buy directly from brand . Only god knows whether Vijay sales selling genuine products or not. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a LG NANOCELL75 tv from here back in november. The product works perfectly fine. However The salesman got me into paying through EMI to avail a cashback and a coupon of 7500 which was to be granted as soon as the emi period was finished.
There’s a bajaj finserv guy that sits at the store that takes you through the process. I accepted to his terms only to find out that he had not shared full information about the scheme.
After the emi period was over I went there (last week) and the behaviour of the staff flipped. Upon asking for the coupon and the cashback the guy started making vague excuses like you must have received it (which we obviously didn’t)
Along with this he had the audacity to talk to my father disrespectfully.
He disregarded what he had promised earlier and simply said “ bhool gaya hounga bhaiya ab dekhlo”
The real terms of the scheme was, the 7500 coupon can only be used if you buy another product which has to be more than 10k and you pay it through emi.
Full information wasnt shared in the beginning.
To all the readers, please don’t go through this hassle of the emi schemes that are advertised by the staff at vijay sales. They’re all fraud and they scam you into these never ending schemes.
The harassment is the icing to the cake.
Thanks Vijay Sales for my first and the last experience.

I urge upper management members , kindly organize your lower staff and teach them how to work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to buy some electronic items as a wedding gift like refrigerator, LED TV, AC etc. I met sales person Yogesh here and he was tremendous. He described all items very clearly and genuinely. I am impressed with his professionalism and supportive behaviour. Finally i bought all the items happily.
