★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit- i went to the store to exchange a pair of Noise Buds that again, don't work. But because i reached the store at 8:05p.m instead of before 8p.m, the security literally slammed the shutter on my face and said I absolutely cannot go in. I kept saying please and that i just have wanted to get it replaced, he just kept shutting the door as if i was going to run inside. This is ridiculous, not everybody has the time for detours especially when the product is faulty and not my pick.
Absolutely pathetic. Literally will never walk in there with respect for any of staff members. Shameful.
It's not even like the store was fully evacuated. They had just about lowered the gate, i saw it myself. I understand punctuality but have you forgotten you're a human being?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivani was the employee who share the details of laptop she told me told me laptop is Lenovo 15 Slim3 7HIN but they give me Lenovo IdeaPad 3 which is at Amazon only 48700 RS she told me the anti virus is free but they latter add it in bill ,and the employee sapna helped in technicalities , overall shoping experience was not good enough, i never expected from the brand like croma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of sales executive - Ms. Rashmi was very nice. Also the delivery part taken care by Ms. Smita was good. However, I didn't receive bag along with the laptop and for one purchase, it's sad to visit the store more than twice (In my case, the visit to collect my bag would be fourth one). We chose Croma, Fort as it's nearer to my office and things can be arranged on a weekday. Overall good.
