★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place because it was nearer to office and I wanted a hair spa and facial. Facial no doubt was good but not worth the price. But the hair spa lady, Sonia, she first insisted a lot for a Botox and when I said I am not looking for Botox but a regular hair spa and trimming.. she cut my curly hair really really short which I had grown for over 1.5 years. No this wasn't good and ethical. Can't undo it but this should not be the practise at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A salon that doesn't have a barber!! Wow. Would have given negative ratings if I could.
Edit: I had posted my earlier review a few years ago. I have, since then, frequented Looks Salon near Horniman Circle, Fort (yes, that is the actual name of a well know landmark in South Mumbai). The salon is sparkling clean, they sanitize seating and equipment regularly, and the staff is well trained and professional. I find no reason to go anywhere else. Kudos!

I would like to especially commend the hair dressing skills of Sonia. She exactly knows what one needs when it comes to anything to do with hair. I'm a very happy client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will sanitize you from head to toe but not accept any form of digital payment: gpay, Paytym etc. What's the point of these contact payments? Didn't expect this form of mediaeval tech from a salon at such a posh location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most disappointing haircut ever. The hair stylist that I got clearly does not know how to take instructions and works according to his own ideas. Even after making it very clear THRICE that I do not want my hair to be cut too short, he cut it short beyond my liking. The shampooing session that followed my disaster haircut felt like an unwanted obligation to the stylist and lasted for barely a minute. And even after all this I was compelled to pay INR 700, which was so not worth the trauma, because obviously customer satisfaction is non existent at this salon. Would not recommend this place to anyone, EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beard trim was super shoddy and poor whilst the barber kept ranting of knowing how people cut in the Middle East. Honestly I personally do a better job myself than this. I go to looks Delhi where the trim is phenomenal but was saddened by this novice service
