★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Ordered a fridge from Croma logix mall noida on 3 rd April. They assured delivery by 7 days at the time of purchase & payment. Not received the item after 10 days & after continously following upthrough customer care number & store visit, still not delivered & they don't know when exactly the item can be delivered. Worst service ever. Should have directly ordered online from the brand website.Never ever going to step to CROMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma is good. It has variety and products vast range but I am really unhappy because of salesman there. The way they deal is really under rated(negative) and unethical as per market. They give prices but not products. I won't share complete experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased croma AC last week. Today one person by name Sachin came for installation. He did not have equipment to install the AC. He asked me to purchase the plug, AC tray and pipe from him at 4 times higher rate than the market price. When i denied, he said he won't install the AC and left.. i have been trying to get in touch with Himanshu. He told me that he is on leave and can't help.. got a call from croma.. the lady is just blabbering and call got disconnected. I tried caling the landline number but no one is answering.. really fed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma store is good. Very good options but one issue that is with the sales people. Specially don't get caught with Shailendra.He has no knowledge of product he is picthing. Worst experience with this sales person. I will recommend Croma but be careful of this sales man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there multiple times, to buy laptop, fitbit sense watch, a Bluetooth headphone, staff was not interested in selling product, everything time I had to go nearby other brand store and bought products. Range of products is good, its just in store experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy cooler and the croma guys were quite prompt and responsive. Followed my purchase by coming to home to install it and then coming again to explain how it worked and demo. Good job croma guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for electronic, varities of product with different top brands. But currently there is one problem they don't have demo product so it is difficult to check and compare the best product otherwise all good best services and nice staff.
The staff is knowledgeable about the product which helps to get decision in buying the product. Happy with services ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me 10 minutes to decide which AC I want to buy but it took me more than an 3 hour to understand the actual payment terms. I was attended by two executives in bits and parts and both of them were quoting a different price and a different offer / discount. Extremely ill trained staff. I finally paid a higher amount than what was committed to me through out. The reason stated was that the footfall in the store is high because of which executives are under pressure. Like Really!!!!!
