★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday we went to VR mall which is in mohali and asked for the guy to show us the model and their feature about the AC's which are budget friendly.
First his behaviour was very non sense
He doesn't know how to talk to the customers
I don't know what the hell is training team doing....He doesnt't know about anything. when we asked to send someother guy who know better knowledge about products and than he started misbehaving with us
as per him Haier AC is sub standard company. When we asked why they have tie up with them than he didn;t have the satisfactory answer may be he wants to sell another company ac.

than we went to reliance digital which is in elante and bought Samsung AC worth rs 35990
why the hello u have recruited this type of non sense guy. U should hire extrovert and well trained.. Training team is pathetic in croma...should hire new staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A suggestion to everyone. Kindly compare prices with websites first then buy from here. You will always find better prices from online marketplace. Very rare chances to get a good deal here. Though nice place to get hands on experience on gadgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love to go there. New launched products are easily available here for Demo. LED TV, all type of speakers, mobile phone, large appliances like Led TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine, microwave, Oven, all phone accessories are also available. Staff is also helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very senseless staff. Today at VR PUNJAB Croma ( 24.04.2022, 7:13 pm) I was trying to see Apple SE watch but one senseless staff member blocked my view by his iPad and he didn’t have courtesy to fee sorry for that. I left the shop in pity for this store. Poor customer interaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Croma. They deal in with really poor customer services as I purchased a Dell Laptop which came out to be full of defects. I got it repaired (Touchpad) from them after just 5 months of its purchasing and what I get back after repairing was laptop with a lot of scratches and even the touchpad wasn’t repaired. My laptop has started working slow with non working of the touchpad. With a really bad experience, I’ll just suggest this outlet to be responsible in terms of customer dealing and most importantly try to call your customer back if they have such issues with the products.

Even the gadget alarm buzz continuously and they let it go on, till the time any customer says it to switch it off. Worst experience, from a store like this.
