Despite a clear description on the bill stating that, "we would be glad to exchange any garment within 30 says of purchase", they would go to any extent of argument to not let you exchange. Apparently the store has numerous brands within the store and they deny exchange if you wish to exchange your garment with a different brand. They should certainly bifurcate their store with wooden boundaries in 10 different parts in order to practice this rule. On top of it, they ask you to provide reason for exchange. Once you tell them the reason, the argument they make is, "Oh so didn't you try this garment before buying?" And if you say yes you did, they would deny exchange. Also they blame you for wasting their time. LOL, I MEAN THAT'S WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR. So basically the statement that " we would be glad to exchange any garment" is a big lie. If you wish to buy a garment from ethnicity, better buy online and save yourself from facing ill-mannered and rude staff at Ethnicity VR Punjab Store.
