An exchange deal for phone is finalised. I format the phone for billing and then they say that the price in system for the phone is showing 5000/- more.
Wheras the oneplus 9 pro 5g price has dropped since almost 2 months. Last week the price at croma Kharghar was showing right. Today suddenly the price has increased in their system.
Now I have to install 100's of apps and restore all the backups i spend time since morning.
All because everyone at croma including the Manager is busy to correct this system error.
Please ensure before buying phone to check the prices online and in their system because the staff are clueless and not at all eager to help.
A sorry is all they are trained to say!

Sangeeta at store was very knowledgeable about the product, she gave detailed explanation on technology used in the product and also explained about the ongoing offer and I am happy with my purchase made as I got best deal on product compare to other stores.
