After purchasing, they just sell their product and forget about their offers, offers can be changed if you visit another croma store, terms and conditions and offers can be varied from one croma store to another croma store.
Not so good services from staff.
Yes, they call once purchasing to setup or install your product, the only issue with offers and terms and conditions which should be share with customer first.
