★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery services, I purchased a AC and after 2 days I got a call from delivery person for delivery of the same, but he didn't deliver, next day in the morning agin I receive a call for delivery and they assured to delivery till afternoon but till evening I waited for it but they didn't came then I make a call to store for inquiry they said,it ll deliver tomorrow because of some miss communication, whole day i wasted just because of their miss communication, I never recommended to purchase anything deliverables product from reliance store cos they are totally unprofessional on it the local vendor can communicate better then these people.thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop costing 1.5 lakh HP Spectre but the cable for charging pen was missing from the box also the warranty was supposed to be for 1 year but it’s showing only 8 months in HP website. I might be sold an old laptop and it was really disappointing as the information given was wrong also the product comes with better offer and gifts in HP website so feels like cheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to shop for electronics and home appliances at great offer prices. Since, it is in DB mall, it is easier and convenient to visit if you are already going there for other purposes but if you want to visit only this store you would have to park your car in, look for a parking space (which is easy other than on weekends) and also would need to pay the parking even for a short while, ultimately a little hassle. But, the price and services are usually very competitive and great here.
