★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very late, approx 1/2 hour was taken for order and when ask for return of payment they say impolitely that the order was done even if it was not, just because tea is somewhat good doesn't mean that they can waste someone's time and there was also no rush at the time

This make the ITH very economical tea place and stand out option in the DB mall.
Good quality tea and Unbelievable very cheap. Just 20 INR.

Service is very poor. Way too slow.
Pricing is decent.
Maintenance is very poor. They have the good location and view point but it's not maintained well.

I requested the staff twice to clean the place, however no one bothered to respond nor they sent anyone to clean. Service was really bad. Had come here with great expectations. Really disappointed.
