★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll find a lot of good stuff at decent prices. Have to sort well because they also have overpriced stuff. The worst thing is the billing section. I've never been to a place where it takes more time to bill your purchase than the time it takes for you to shop. And this is the case in both Mumbai and Nashik Croma outlet. If in a hurry I just abandon my purchase because sometimes you just can't wait another 20 minutes to get a tax invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONOT PURCHASE anything here. Worst stop in Nashik. We had a worst experience. We had purchase AC and no installation has turned up yet. We were told that croma will coordinate and take care of installation service. No after sales service provided. Cheap sales tactics and nothing less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Croma is good place to buy any product. Not satisfied with the service they provide. No product specification, no demo, no service.
You just buy from them the staff there is only to chat among themselves and laugh. They won't guide you.
Overall TATA is having great ventures and products but the outlet staff is not supportive at all.

Some sales executives are great but some others are too sluggish and demotivated to work there. Some employees need proper training and product knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay.. everything is good but there delivery is very slow I buy a product on 30 March and they were delivering on next day but the product I got on 3rd of Apirl I visited 2 times just to track my delivery.
