★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fraud service with many hidden charges which is higher than your emi.dont go for any Bajaj loan.they will bluff you and then you have no option to pay them all ...jus don't go for Bajaj fine serve option use nationalise bank loan system.

But Convinent than other banks..It is always crowded for emi submition and other queries better to make payment of bajajfineserve card on paytm ...Always alert to pay emi in time to avoid high penalty which is hidden from customer

Without my permetion his employees feel my applications of adhity birla health insurance for completed his monthly targate and debited permum amount from my bank account. By using my another pervious submitted document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service contact number is not working for any bajaj branch. staff behavour very rude, don't take any loan from bajaj their interest rate are very high, they don't support you they will harass you if you miss any EMI even in Covid 19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today on 24/06/2020 I'm visit to Bajaj Finserve office of collae road,Nashik for query related to DFS Insirance policy because it was given to me forcefully and even I'm not intrested for it and that why I'm visit the office but at there I had very bad experince with executive ,which was apointed for solve the problem but he spoke with me in very useless manner in other word we can say nonsence type ,and send me to outside without solving my issue and said you can not cancel it ,you sould pay ,so tel me why I Should pay forcefully if don't want the product and most important thing is that we are people visit to office with our problem ,not for joy so this things should be kept mind by the staff of Bajaj office .they have to give proper service but I saw that the executive was very rudly talking and don't give and positive information.so I think they don't have any dare of anyone and it's just like monopoly. And without give any product infoemation they juat confuse the cuatomer and acvording to their targets.I request all this things must have to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced worst customer service of Bajaj Finance and Bajaj finservices. I shall mention the major issues i have experienced:
1. The only support available is online complaint. Even you submit complaint online, you will not get response to that and surprisingly I will find that, the status of your online complaint become closed with single line reply. You will not get a call even after submitting complaint many times.
2. In case of professional loan Many times i have experienced that, if your place request for withdrawal of sanctioned amount. You will not get the amount same day but you online status shows that, the amount is disbursed and you will be charged interest from that date. Even you place such request before 12 noon.
3. If you try to deposit your surplus amount. The amount will get debited to your bank account. But Bajaj Finance will not give credit of said amount. This happens even for very big amount. And no one answer you even after complaint. Then you have left with recourse to file FIR with police. Further, they will charge interest on full amount as you have not paid anything.
4. The Bajaj Finance is expert in hidden charges. The customer end up paying very huge amount as charges before disbursement of loan. They will explain the charges in very diplomatic manner and in such way that, it would be not possible for to realize it.
I can say that Bajaj Finance is looting the customer and earning hug profit by this way.
